We deliver backend system automation, CRM setup, SaaS workflow implementations, and tailored support services. Specific deliverables will be defined within a formal scope of work.
3. Fees & Payment
- All subscription, usage-based, and implementation fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
- Usage fees are updated quarterly to reflect supplier costs.
- All prices are in GBP. We are not VAT registered.

We treat your data as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or you grant permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Liability is capped at the amount you have paid for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Contracts may be terminated in writing with 30 days' notice unless otherwise agreed. Usage fees will be prorated up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed under the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to its jurisdiction.
